The part that strikes me/disturbs me of Meg's description of her few friends, depressed self before she met Andy vs the colour and fun and brilliance he's brought to her life is almost exactly how Abbey described Andy's appearance in her life too. Will provide a link for comparison when I'm not on mobile.
