Gloves Off

Please use this post for discussion of those contentious, murky, triggering issues too complex to discuss/moderate on the main post.

Note that this post is NOT a free-for-all and will still be modded for slurs, namecalling, doxxing and trolling. But fair warning that it will not be moderated for discussion of issues some find triggering (trans issues, mental illness, etc.) and that if you choose to participate here, you do so at your own risk.

Uh yes, but this is Andy Blake, who has a proven history of lying about his mental health and conditions. What, are we supposed to accept THIS one after his lies about BPD, schizophrenia, DID, and god knows what else?

Calling a liar a liar when there's no evidence he's told the truth in this case seems pretty stupid.

Calling a liar a liar when there's no evidence he's told the truth in this case seems pretty SENSIBLE, I meant.

You guys don't need to fight over this, because you can both be right: dyscalculia doesn't necessarily prevent someone from acing maths tests, and Andy may have lied when pretending to have dyscalculia. You're not disagreeing, you're just pointing out different things.

AYRT

I didn't say he wasn't lying about this -- if fact, I suspect he is -- I said so in the first sentence. I just was explaining that dyscalculia is not indicative of math performance in one given instance.
