At least this time he's not harassing Andy's victims directly and threatening them with lawsuits. Instead, he's taking a page from Andy to try finding other ways to discredit them.

Either way, it's gross and shows Andy's not changed at all and is still using his current pool of friends to stan for him when he doesn't get his way because his past has crept up on him again.
