Especially ravenjeep. As far as I'm concerned he is behaving like an asshat but he may be deep into Andy's web. He could be a current victim. Announcing the state he lives in, when he has done nothing close to what Andy has, may push him closer to Andy. And I know that people here don't want that. Pointing out his wrongs I think is necessary, talking about the state he lives in seems VERY wrong to me.
