Like, if someone claims they've been religiously healed into heterosexually, I probably wouldn't argue with them about it, but the message they need isn't so much, "Yes, it's great you're straight now, you can be whatever you want!" but "You know, there's nothing wrong with gay, and it doesn't lower your value as a human being or make you any less of a man/woman."
