continued Thatfucker discussion
Since we've been kicked off FFA for the week, please feel free to continue the anon discussion here. Apologies if this is a big flop - I've never made a DW community before!
The rules are vaguely the same as they are over on FFA. Please refrain from being too much of an asshole, making personal attacks, posting identifying information or engaging in transfail.
ETA: If there's information you'd like to see archived (journal/blog posts related to Andy, etc.), please dump it here and link to it from the main post for discussing.

Re: Progress or Reboot?
(Anonymous) 2015-05-11 08:20 am (UTC)(link)However, as long as he remains as obsessively abusive and praise-seeking inside as he's ever been, no amount of moderating his outside behavior will be enough to completely hide his actions. It took a while to expose his DAYD cult, but that was in big part because only Abbey and Turimel were on the lookout for him. Now loads of people in many fandoms know to keep an eye out for him, which is a big part of *why* he's learning to moderate himself a bit better.
But just give him a chance, and I'm sure his old self will be right back. I wonder, for example, whether he's going to attempt GISHWHES this year. If he does, and if he manages to get onto a real team unlike last year, then I expect a disaster like what happened year-before-last to happen again, when he gets too tired and excited to forget to put his good image above his needs to be praised and controlling.
