You can get top surgery for about that. The bottom surgery is hella expensive.

I had to laugh at his beard because he does have a little chin hair that he has colored in with an eyebrow pencil. The 'stash is a total disaster and I though he was good at make up.

Can we not be commenting on the appearance of a trans person like this? Hasn't Andy done enough other stuff that we could actually focus on? This isn't productive and is potentially going to shame other trans people who are trying to live their lives. I'm not comfortable with it at all.

What *is* concerning is that yet again Andy is soliciting money. That doesn't tend to go well. How his beard looks is hardly relevant.
