I guess my prediction rests on what we already know about Andy, which is that he tells people that he's cis and grew up doing Man Things like fighting and shooting and whatever. And if he channeled (pun intended) his energy into, say, making historically-accurate Confederate uniforms, how much would PUAs/Red Pillers care?
