Was in thread above and it still mystifies me a bit since he tends to always present as someone who is 'an ally' and supports all popular causes whereas those with ASPD would do precisely opposite. However, presenting yourself in a manner you wish to be seen and imitating any diagnosis you wish is a thing with ASPD as well - usually just to appear 'ordinary' due to various sectioning systems in various countries (but then it tends to be anything that can get you sectioned so anything beyond depression is a game of russian roulette where sometimes you do not get any help unless hospitalised). He does check the boxes of self-importance, feeling as a hero who drive's world's narrative, being subconsciously and deliberately manipulative and so on. But. All of those are mostly due to his conscious choices and him not wishing to change which would be pretty much same regardless of any mental issues.

well, exactly. I don't think any of us actually believe his professed interest in social justice issues is genuine - he just recognises it's a way he can manipulate others and construct the image of himself he wants others to see. which is classic ASPD behaviour.
